Role OverviewThe Mortgage Consultant Assistant is responsible for strengthening business relationships between Hunt Sales Associates, borrowers, and other individuals involved in the mortgage transaction. This involves obtaining a Mortgage Loan Originator license and assisting the Mortgage Consultant with day-to-day activities.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include data entry, answering calls and texts, scheduling meetings, reviewing and sending pre-qualification letters, and working with various mortgage-related systems. The assistant will also help with automated underwriting, inputting borrower income information, and following up on outstanding documents.

Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent
- A 4-year college degree is preferred
- One or more years' experience in mortgage banking (preferred but not required)
