- Strong ability to review loan files for completeness and accuracy
- Experience verifying loan conditions, fees, and funding figures
- Experience coordinating with attorneys, title/escrow agents, mortgage brokers, and internal lending staff
- Post-closing file review or audit experience
- Knowledge of mortgage lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
