Job Description
The Mortgage Lending Trainer is responsible for training personnel on products, software, policies, procedures, and all regulations pertaining to state, federal, and lending compliance. This includes creating design documents, course content, test criteria, handouts, learning aids, and evaluation/measurement tools for all lending training programs.

Requirements

  • Partner with Director of Mortgage Lending Training to provide training to new hires
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Assist with the design and development of training programs
  • Create design documents, course content, test criteria, handouts, learning aids, and evaluation/measurement tools
  • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
  • Enter new hires and maintain information in the Encompass system
  • Assist in creating and fostering a talent and performance culture
  • Participate on special projects as needed
  • Stay abreast of industry changes
  • Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and Bank policies and procedures
