Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to promote business development, originate loans, and manage relationships with customers and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • One to two years of related experience and/or training
  • Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator as required by state
  • Valid driver's license
  • General mortgage banking understanding (including but not limited to: lock procedures, program analysis, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory timelines)
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email
