What You Will Do
Work closely with your referral network to follow-up on customer referrals for the purchase of a home or home equity loan, work with new and existing customers regarding their loan applications, take loan applications, and recommend the appropriate lending products.

Requirements
- Experience with application origination of mortgage, home equity, or consumer loans
- Knowledge of conventional secondary market guidelines
- Established referral network
- Knowledge and understanding of TRID and working experience with the integrated Loan Estimate Disclosure (LE)
- Experience with Encompass LOS
- Strong customer service, sales, and relationship building skills
- Well-developed communication skills
