Role OverviewJoin a professional team working to locate prospective borrowers and procuring mortgage loans in accordance with credit union guidelines. The Mortgage Loan Originator responds to inquiries and conducts interviews for loan applicants, evaluating credit and providing guidance through the process.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain successful relationships as recurring source of referrals for mortgage lending opportunities. Respond to mortgage inquiries generated from various sources such as web application, email, walk-in or phone call.

Requirements
- Registration as MLO with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and Registry
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mortgage lending or related profession
- HS Graduate required; Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
