Mortgage Loan Processing Lead

Requirements

• Working all real estate loans from application completion to funding
• Having a full understanding of mortgage documents, such as Appraisal, Title Reports, Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, Income and Tax documentation, Insurance products, such as Homeowners’ Insurance, PMI and Flood Insurance
• Administering everyday work and evaluating all incoming mail, emails, faxes and process payments
• Communicating with vendors regarding the loan process and documentation
• Being proficient with Loan Operating Systems, the Bank’s Core Operating System, Excel and Word
• Assisting loan officers with Real Estate loans
• Maintaining and organizing loan documentation files
• Participating in Various Committee meetings
• Having good communication skills, by phone, oral and written, with other employees, customers and vendors
• Being able to break down complex problems and arrive at the right solution
• Being able to evaluate processes and duties to find the best options for efficiency and effectiveness
• Processing all residential loan applications and preparing all real estate loan documents
• Assisting in the MPF secondary market loan processing
• Requiring physical presence in the bank
• Exemplifying and following the bank’s core values
• Having regular attendance and punctuality when reporting to work
• Traveling for trade and industry schools and seminars as needed
• Adhering to and complying with all applicable federal, and state laws, regulations, and guidance
• Performing other duties as assigned and requested
