Job Description
The Mortgage Processor II is responsible for managing a pipeline of all loan types, including first mortgage refinance, purchase and/or home equity loans, while serving as the primary point of contact for members and potential members throughout the loan application process.

Requirements

  • Review, analyze and process all files as required in order to prepare files for underwriter approval
  • Communicate proactively with members in a fast paced environment, both verbally and in writing
  • Coordinate with multiple parties to obtain services and resolve issues
  • Maintain knowledge of secondary market guidelines, product & pricing changes, and DCU policies and procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of compliance laws applicable to first mortgage loan originations
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s)
