Job Description
BankSouth Mortgage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor III to join our team. The candidate has the option to work from our Atlanta area (Buckhead, Milton, Peachtree City or Woodstock), Athens or Greensboro office.
Requirements
Exposure to and well versed in a wide variety of concepts, practices, lending programs and procedures of mortgage lending.
Ability to accurately apply established BankSouth Mortgage lending guidelines.
Time management skills to properly establish priorities and manage workload accurately and efficiently.
Exceptional communication skills
Self-motivated, capable of understanding and accomplishing personal and enterprise defined goals, such as required metrics that are identified by department leadership.
Teaching/mentoring subordinate processors including deficiency identification & skill enhancement.
