Role OverviewAn experienced Loan Processor to support its lending team in Los Angeles, processing mortgage files, maintaining compliance with lending and privacy requirements, and supporting loans involving down payment assistance and other lending programs.
What You Will Do
Process mortgage loan files, review files for lending and privacy requirements, work closely with Loan Officers and the Director of Lending, coordinate with lenders, clients, and internal staff, and maintain accurate and complete loan documentation.

Requirements
- 5+ years of mortgage loan processing experience
- Experience with a mortgage lender, financial institution, or nonprofit lending organization
- Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and standards
- Knowledge of lending privacy requirements
- Experience with down payment assistance and other lending programs
- Encompass experience
- Fundingo and Salesforce experience preferred
- Real estate background preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
