Job Description
Our Mortgage Production Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring that applications for mortgage and equity loans are handled with the highest degree of care, expertise, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Reviews and processes new applications, interacts with numerous key individuals throughout the process
  • Develops strong and positive working relationships internally and externally
  • Has a high sense of urgency in following critical compliance guidelines and adhering to time commitments and deadlines
  • Provides the highest level of customer service in a positive, courteous and enthusiastic manner
  • Reviews and approves Property Appraisal for compliance with secondary market guidelines
  • Prepares and submits file according to Retail Underwriting, FHA, VA, and/or correspondent underwriting guidelines
  • Coordinates funding/wire amounts with closing attorneys
  • Responsible for verifying loan compliance and staying up to date with all state and federal compliance regulations
