Job Description

The Mortgage Sales Manager will lead and expand the mortgage sales team to achieve loan production goals while promoting exceptional member service.

Requirements

Provide strong leadership, guidance, and coaching to multiple direct reports
Possess and maintain a strong understanding of conventional, FHA, VA and USDA lending guidelines
Continuously monitor, assess, and refine departmental processes to enhance overall functionality
Maintain knowledge of branch operations by completing Deposit Regulation and Product and Service Certification courses
Perform other duties as assigned
