We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Servicing & Loan Origination Manager to supervise mortgage lending and servicing activities in conjunction with contact center operations.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee mortgage lending and servicing activities, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable requirements. Support the development and implementation of mortgage processes, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer within the last 5 years, with at least 45 loans closed
- 2 years of experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer within the last 5 years, with at least 30 loans closed, plus additional experience as a mortgage processor, underwriter, manager or instructor
- 10 years of experience within the last 12 years managing or supervising at least 5 mortgage originators, with at least 15 loans closed within the last 5 years
