Job Description
Lead and support Mortgage Servicing Specialists in mortgage servicing operations, develop team members, and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in a related field or a minimum of 4 years of experience in mortgage servicing, loan servicing, or a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in mortgage servicing within a financial institution, including handling complex servicing issues, exceptions, and member escalations
  • Working knowledge of mortgage servicing functions, regulations, and investor guidelines (e.g., escrow, payments, secondary market requirements)
  • Proven ability to oversee workflows, controls, and staff in a lending or mortgage servicing environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure
