Job Description
TFCU is seeking a Mortgage Support Agent - Temporary to assist members with mortgage-related inquiries and provide support to the Real Estate Lending department. The position is temporary, with a potential for extension or full-time hire based on performance and company need.

Requirements

  • Assist members through inbound telephone calls
  • Handle mortgage-related inquiries, including purchase programs, product options, interest rates, pre-loan applications, payment questions, and general customer support
  • Apply basic knowledge of industry regulations and current trends
  • Enables members to successfully utilize TFCU’s REL services and work toward their financial goals
