This role is responsible for supervising crews, ensuring proper execution of Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plans, and maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Supervise MOT crews, ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety best practices, coordinate trucking with drivers, and oversee traffic control setup and removal.

Requirements
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in traffic control, MOT operations, or related field
- FDOT Advanced MOT Certification or ATSSA certification

- Ability to manage crews, coordinate multiple tasks, and adapt to changing work conditions
