Role OverviewThe Motor Equipment Mechanic III-Wachusett will perform repairs, overhauls, and servicing of fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, and other equipment. The incumbent will work in a garage environment and be responsible for maintaining records and performing related work as required.
What You Will Do
The Motor Equipment Mechanic III-Wachusett will participate in the repairing, overhauling, and servicing of fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, and other equipment. The incumbent will adjust and repair brakes, carburetors, hydraulic pumps, cylinder heads, valves, and similar automotive components.

Requirements
- At least three years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience in the repair, maintenance and overhaul of automotive equipment
- Possession of a current and valid Massachusetts Class B Motor Vehicle Operator's License
- Possession of a current and valid Massachusetts Class C or hoisting license
