Job Description
The Motor Vehicle Associate I performs a variety of transactions related to driver and vehicle services, including issuing, renewing, suspending, and/or revoking driver, identity, and motor vehicle credentials. They also deliver excellent customer service and identify situations outside of standard operating procedures. The position requires a five-week training program in Dover, Delaware, and incumbents must have a valid Driver's License.

Requirements

  • Six months experience in document processing
  • Six months experience in customer service
  • Six months experience in applying laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures
  • Six months experience in using an automated information system to enter, update, modify, delete, retrieve/inquire and report on data
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License (not suspended, revoked or cancelled, or disqualified from driving)
