Mould Repair Manager

The Mold Repair Manager is responsible for managing the mold department to ensure that the forming department receives the highest standard and quality of mold design. This role is also responsible for repairing mold equipment to produce quality containers for customers.

What You Will Do

Design and direct all in-plant revisions to mold equipment to ensure quality containers and meet company speed percentage of pack and weight standards, inspect and oversee the correction of departmental safety hazards, instruct and counsel on mold equipment revision and repair methods and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 10 years of experience in glass manufacturing with an emphasis on the mold repair process, job changes, machine repair equipment, and management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient organizational, analytical, and planning skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a heavy industrial, high-risk work environment
• Ability to work outside of regular work hours
• Ability to prioritize work and have a sense of urgency
