Job Description
The Mountain Operations role works closely with various departments onsite to perform landscaping, mountain construction, and water park set-up/tear down to ensure the resort is looking its best for guests and associates.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Open availability required; schedules may exceed 40 hours per week during peak season
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages a plus
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow
  • Ability to navigate steep, uneven, or icy terrain and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
  • Ability to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to busy or noisy work areas, fumes, dust, and chemicals
