Role OverviewThe Move-In Coordinator is responsible for the smooth transition of a new resident into the community. They will also assist the Marketing Department in handling administrative tasks, including organizing events and touring prospects.
What You Will Do
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property's product and services, give community tours, qualify prospects, and assist with organizing marketing events.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and prefer one year of experience working with seniors. Must be able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs.
Requirements

- knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of assisted living and dementia care
- ability to work with seniors and patiently interact with cognitively impaired individuals
- ability to be flexible, adapt and respond to change, make decisions in stressful situations, and prioritize tasks and projects
- pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
