Job Description
Regency Oaks is recruiting for a hospitality focused Move In Coordinator to join our team! The coordinator will be responsible for facilitating discussions and paperwork of UTO work completed at the expense of the Community to “ready” an apartment for the next occupant.

Requirements

  • College degree with a minimum of two years related work experience.
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience in a professional office setting or hospitality environment, where good communication and customer relations skills are essential
  • Proficient in the use of various software including all Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Ability to multitask
