Role OverviewThe MRI Scheduler & Authorization Specialist is a non-exempt, full-time position responsible for obtaining MRI authorizations, scheduling MRI appointments, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of paperwork for each patient.
What You Will Do
Obtain MRI authorizations, schedule MRI appointments, collect and review patient insurance benefit information, notify patients and providers of unauthorized services, and maintain timely and complete documentation.
