Role OverviewJoin the Scripps Health team as an MRI Tech in Encinitas, working alongside passionate caregivers to provide patient-centered healthcare. This full-time position requires scheduling flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.
What You Will Do
Perform MRI scans on patients, review implanted device documentation, and identify MRI conditions and requirements. Experience working with multiple pacemaker programmers and scanning patients with implanted electronic devices is required.

Requirements
- ARRT(MR), ARMRIT, or CRT
- Completion of a venipuncture class
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Completion of a formal training/educational program from an approved school of Radiologic Technology
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an MRI Technician
- Experience working with multiple pacemaker programmers
- Experience performing MRI scans on patients with MRI Conditional pacemakers
- Experience scanning patients with other implanted electronic devices
- Experience reviewing implanted device documentation and identifying MRI conditions and requirements
- Experience appropriately clearing implanted devices for MRI scheduling in accordance with established protocols
