Role OverviewThis position will work in both Peabody and at Salem Hospital, assisting the manager with operational oversight, improvement of clinical operations, and staff supervision. The role involves training, mentoring, and evaluating clinical staff, overseeing coordination of clinical activities for students, and providing clinical support for the physician.
What You Will Do
The position will assist in providing guidance to staff, staff scheduling, triage duties, and serve as a resource to staff. The technologist will oversee the coordination of clinical activities for students, assure high-quality images are submitted, and demonstrate positive customer service focus.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of MRI Tech experience, leadership experience, and good communication skills. The role requires an MRI license, Advanced MRI Certification, and MRSO- preferred. The candidate will work independently and guide, teach, and motivate others.
