Role OverviewThe MRO Value Stream Manager will provide tactical MRO&U operations support by coordinating timely solutions with functional groups, host daily network escalation calls, and prepare documentation to communicate status to internal customers and stakeholders.
What You Will Do
The MRO Value Stream Manager will identify and resolve process gaps and systematic issues critical to supporting deliveries, develop and establish forward thinking strategies to support growth, maturity, and expansion of the F135 sustainment network, and interface with and monitor the performance of 3rd party MRO Product Service Providers.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of prior relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and experience in program management, operations, supply chain, and/or materials, as well as organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and strong critical thinking skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years prior relevant experience
- Advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, supply chain, and/or materials
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations
- U.S. citizenship is required
