Role Overview

This position is responsible for supervision of staff and spends the majority of time communicating with, motivating, training and evaluating members while planning and directing their work. The incumbent will exercise independent judgment supervising personnel of the unit and working with regional Command Staff in the formulation of policies and procedures related to the training and evidence functions for the region.

What You Will Do

Specific duties include ensuring that all aspects of training functions are completed in a timely manner, providing guidance and leadership to the training unit personnel, conducting periodic reviews, managing training requests, maintaining member training transcripts, and overseeing MROC's inventory and evidence functions.
