Job Description
The MRP Field Inspector & Sales Specialist is a hybrid role that combines sales responsibilities with in-field inspections for a premium insurance carrier partner. The role requires strong customer service, technical inspection skills, and the ability to maintain clear and consistent communication with homeowners, property managers, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Actively pursue sales of assigned claims via the managed repair program.
  • Conduct thorough on-site inspections assigned by the MRP Manager or program.
  • Maintain good working relationships with program vendors.
  • Obtain signed contracts and collect insurance payments, including deductible amounts.
  • Identify geometric shapes, calculate total area, and take precise measurements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of specialty roofing materials (tile, slate, wood, etc.).
  • Stay in regular communication with homeowners throughout the claims process via email, text, or phone.
  • Engage professionally with homeowners and property managers to assess needs and build trust.
  • Accurately complete and file all paperwork.
  • Maintain daily updates in the company CRM, including signed contracts, photos, and progress notes.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and compliance with claim flow processes.
  • Support departmental process execution and improvement.
  • Travel to other assigned markets as needed (up to 75%).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
