Administer and resolve all customers' inquiries, provide response to all incoming telephone queries, and provide first call resolution. The role also involves providing training and guidance to teammates and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Quality Scores of 95% or higher
