Job Description
Mexican Sugar is seeking a Server to provide comforting and effortless service to guests, recommending drinks and menu items and creating regular guests through resort-style service.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years serving experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus.
  • Stand for long periods & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
  • Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service.
