Job Description
The MSFW Outreach Employee (Workforce Development Specialist II) performs complex employment work, visiting community-based organizations and interviewing clients to determine work-related needs. They are responsible for referring clients to job postings and job developments, and instructing clients on Employment Services.

Requirements

  • Two years and six months of full-time experience in gathering information, interviewing, or counseling
  • Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position
  • Six months of full-time in-service TWC experience classified as a Workforce Development Specialist I with regular status
