Job Description
MSP Provisioning IT Specialist responsible for hardware and system deployment, break/fix support, on-site installation and support, asset and documentation management, and operational support.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of hands-on IT support experience (internal IT or MSP)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11
  • Experience building and deploying PCs and laptops
  • Basic understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, Ethernet)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and endpoint management basics
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage on-site tasks
  • Professional communication and customer-facing demeanor
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally
