Job Description
Responsible for presenting and explaining credit union products and services to members and assisting them to utilize these products and services. Represents the credit union and its products in a positive and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Sell/cross sell products and services based on member needs
  • Process financial transactions for members
  • Respond to member inquiries
  • Perform teller duties as needed
  • Verify signature cards and initiate check orders
  • Verify ATM/debit card maintenance forms
  • Provide general credit union information
  • Interview members and complete credit applications
  • Process loan applications and make recommendations for approvals/denials
  • Assist in reaching credit union volume and insurance penetration goals
