Responsible for presenting and explaining credit union products and services to members and assisting them to utilize these products and services. Presents credit union products and services to members, processes financial transactions, and responds to member inquiries.

Requirements

  • Sells/cross sells products and services based on member needs
  • Processes financial transactions for members
  • Responds to routine member inquiries
  • Verifies signature cards, initiates check orders
  • Verifies ATM/debit card maintenance forms
  • Provides general credit union information
  • Interviews members, completes credit applications, and makes recommendations for approvals/denials
  • Processes loan applications
  • Assists in reaching credit union volume and insurance penetration goals
