MST Psych Therapist

MHY Family Services is seeking a Multisystemic (MST) Psych Therapist to join their team. The MST Psych Therapist will provide in-home therapeutic clinical services to families and youth involved with the juvenile justice system. The role requires a high degree of autonomy, a strong work/life balance, and a hybrid work schedule. The MST Psych Therapist will work closely with the courts, judges, schools, probation, children and youth services, hospitals, and other providers to achieve evidence-based outcomes.

What You Will Do

The MST Psych Therapist will conduct MST Psych assessments, engage primary caregivers and other key participants in the MST Psych therapeutic process, implement problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcome review, and strategy revision procedures, and maintain clear and concise treatment documentation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field of study
• Demonstrated success in the clinical treatment of youth with serious antisocial behavior
• Prior experience in family and youth therapies using cognitive and behavioral approaches
• Prior experience in social skills assessment and intervention and child development approaches
• Current FBI, Act 33, and Act 34 Clearances
• Current PA state driver's license with evidence of an insurable driving record
• Demonstrated PC skills including common MS Office applications
