Requirements

  • Graduate of an Institution certified by the Council of Social Work Education with a Master's degree in Social Work.
  • LMSW) LIC MASTER SOCIAL WORKER by the Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners.
  • BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT is required however, not required in Transplant Departments
