Job Description
This position is central to the missionaries' role to 'Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end. The Mgr, Training 3 is the training organizations' most seasoned-level training manager.

Requirements

  • Establishes strategic direction for Training teams within their areas of responsibilities
  • Manages training personnel
  • Ensures effectiveness of training programs and curriculum
  • Oversees Meetings and workshop involvement
  • Conducts training in the annual Mission Leaders' Seminar training
  • Keeps abreast of Linguistic information and data management
  • Oversees Instruction of missionaries
