Job Description
The MTC Service Desk Support Specialist I at the Missionary Training Center (MTTC) is responsible for handling customer technology issues and resolving them according to service level agreements. They are entry-level support and will work closely with MTC staff and international MTCs. The role involves providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and coordinating with other team members.
Requirements
Oversees ticket creation, response, and resolution
Coordinates work with other staff to resolve issues
Works with C-Cure
Monitors incidents
