Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in index strategy, multi-asset product development, structured products, or institutional sales
  • Working knowledge of how indices function as underpinnings for annuity and insurance-linked products
  • Track record in business development, client advisory, or revenue generation in a technical, product-adjacent role
  • Ability to liaise effectively between client-facing teams and quantitative/research functions
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with institutional audiences
  • Commercial discipline: pipeline management, target accountability, and deal execution
  • CFA or equivalent is an advantage
  • Proficiency in data analysis; familiarity with index analytics or backtesting tools is a plus
