Role OverviewThe Multi-Family Asset Manager is responsible for maximizing the financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term value of a portfolio of multifamily residential properties. This role oversees property management performance, asset strategy, budgeting, capital improvement initiatives, financial analysis, and investor reporting.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include developing and executing asset-level business plans, monitoring portfolio performance, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and reduce expenses, evaluating market conditions, and recommending hold, refinance, recapitalization, or disposition strategies.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily asset management, real estate finance, investments, property management, or related fields
- Experience managing multifamily residential assets and overseeing third-party management companies
- Strong understanding of multifamily operations, financial analysis, and real estate investment principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
