Job Description
The Multi-Family Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping services to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes, responding to customer service requests, and performing other duties as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CFC Type I & II
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • At least 1 year of maintenance experience
