Job Description
Perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping services to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes. Respond to customer service requests and maintain accurate records of tasks completed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • CFC Type I & II preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • At least 1 year of maintenance experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to walk, climb stairs, lift 60 lbs., and perform other physical activities
