Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5-6 years property management experience
  • One-year supervisory experience
  • Real estate license in Pennsylvania or New Jersey
  • Working knowledge of eviction law and Fair Housing mandates
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, especially in the Microsoft Office Suite
