Role OverviewThe Multi-Line Claims Adjuster is responsible for investigating and adjusting multi-line claims. This position may be used as an advanced training position for future consideration for promotion to a more senior level claim position. The successful candidate will be accountable for the quality of claim services as perceived by CCMSI clients and within our corporate claim standards.
What You Will Do
Investigate and adjust multi-line compensation claims, review medical, legal, and miscellaneous invoices, authorize and make payment of multi-line claims, negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys, and prepare reports detailing claims, payments, and reserves.
