Role OverviewAs a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician I, you will be the foundation of the maintenance team across properties, supporting property upkeep, completing routine repairs, and building essential trade skills.
What You Will Do
Maintain property grounds and common areas, complete routine service requests, perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs, and respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a professional and respectful individual with 1+ year maintenance or porter experience, beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting, and a high school diploma or GED.
Requirements
- 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred)
- Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting
- High School Diploma or GED
