Multi-Site Maintenance Technician I

As a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician I, you will be the foundation of the maintenance team across properties, supporting property upkeep, completing routine repairs, and building essential trade skills. You will work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with participation in a rotating on-call schedule. This role requires beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting, and 1+ year of maintenance or porter experience.

What You Will Do

You will maintain property grounds and common areas, complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks, perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs, replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets, assist with inspections and preventative maintenance, support seasonal preparation and storm response, maintain clean work and storage areas, and respond to on-call and emergency service requests.

Requirements

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred)
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to safely operate hand and basic power tools to complete minor repairs
• Understanding chemical safety procedures
• Basic computer and mobile literacy and familiarity with work-order systems
