Role OverviewAs a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician II, you will operate independently across multiple trades, completing service requests, preventative maintenance, and full turns with confidence while maintaining high operational standards across the properties you support.
What You Will Do
You will independently complete service requests and make-ready turns, diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections, and respond to on-call and emergency service requests.

We are looking for a solution-oriented and self-directed individual with 2+ years of maintenance experience, intermediate-level skills across multiple trades, and working knowledge of appliances. You will take ownership of assigned work, support and guide Technician I team members when needed, and participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
Requirements
- 2+ years maintenance experience
- Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Working knowledge of appliances
- High School Diploma or GED
- Universal EPA Certification (preferred)
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification (preferred, where applicable)
