Requirements

  • Availability & Travel: nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, occasional travel for company events or meetings
  • Physical Demands: regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, use of hands and arms, occasional climbing, lifting up to 25 pounds independently, up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Tech Proficiency: intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, ADP; experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, and EliseAI is a bonus
