Role OverviewThe Regional Manager, Retail is fiscally responsible for the oversight and execution of monthly sales plan achievement, bi-yearly inventory results, and overall brand standards and operational efficiencies across all Shop locations within their designated territory.
What You Will Do
Directs and motivates the retail sales team to ensure the highest level of customer service to every Equinox member and guest. Achieves assigned monthly sales goals across all Shop locations within the territory.

Requirements
- Combination of education and/or experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the role
- Multi-unit or multi-store management experience preferred
- Proven leadership ability and comfort taking direction from multiple stakeholders
- Experience in a customer service business; retail experience strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and retail math knowledge
- Hardworking and diligent, with a high degree of personal integrity and honesty
- Strong time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to embrace and apply new techniques and ideas
- Availability to work a varied schedule based on the needs of a unique retail environment
- Physical requirements: ability to lift, carry, and move a minimum of 40 lbs, including fixtures and product
- Ability to actively supervise a retail sales floor
- Ability and willingness to travel to all Shop locations within the territory
