Role Overview

The Multicultural Coordinator will support a publicity team across films and series, transforming entertainment on a global platform. The role requires a base knowledge of the entertainment landscape and a strong passion for publicity. The coordinator will be key in supporting team members and campaign publicity work across diverse multicultural audiences.

What You Will Do

Specific tasks will include managing internal pod meetings, updating and maintaining various lists and documents, creating and managing talent itineraries, contributing to campaign ideation and tactical execution, tracking and updating information related to titles, and negotiating glam rates.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of publicity/communications-related entertainment experience
  • Ability to balance sometimes untraditional working hours
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the entertainment landscape
  • Clear and concise communicator
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Resourceful and creative problem solving
  • Experienced in managing competing priorities
  • Curious and eager to learn and improve
  • Poised and able to voice complex ideas to peers and leaders
  • Active self-awareness and ability to take action on constructive feedback
  • Ability to go onsite in either our Los Angeles or New York offices
